THE CORE hereby announces that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with SBI Holdings.

Under this agreement, SBI Holdings will acquire a 34% voting stake in THE CORE through a third-party allotment of shares.

Purpose of the Alliance

THE CORE operates a group of specialized studios, including SAFEHOUSE, AREA 35, and WHISTLER, providing integrated production across CG, games, and sound.

Through this alliance, THE CORE aims to combine its content development capabilities with SBI Holdings’ financial expertise, global network, and technology initiatives to expand its business in global markets.
